“Clyde’s Corner”
by
Clyde Chamberlin

Hi folks....been under the weather the last few months. Had to have a couple surgeries but am on the mend. Hope your holidays are good. Here are three pictures I really like and think you might too. I enjoyed photographing them and I really enjoy showing them to one and all. When I do presentations at different places these three always get a
reaction. Enjoy!

Mr. Elsworth owned the farm across the road from the cemetery, but didn't want to leave it to his three sons.  He sold it, and had the money put into a fund to pay for a statue of him looking across the road at his farm.

Hope Cemetery, Barre, VT.  This couple always went to bed about 8 p.m., read for a while, then reached out to touch hands and turned out the lights.  You can see they're in pajamas.

Wild Bill Hickok was shot by one of his own men; he was holding what poker players refer to as a "Dead Man's Hand - two aces and two eights.  Charlie H. Rich dealt Wild Bill this hand.  Cincinnati, Ohio cemetery.
